Craiglist Scams

Craiglist Scam

It was brought to our attention that an impostor or con-artist is trying to scam people in our community by trying to get security deposit and months of rent on a property that he does not own.

He utilized a Zillow posting that we had to promote a property in Melbourne, Florida. He copied the property description, all the photos and is using my name on Craiglist to try to achieve this.

This property is not for lease and is currently occupied by a respectable family.

Do not send any type of personal information or money to this scammer. You

will not receive the keys to this property for the reason listed above.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We value all of our potential and current clients time and personal information.
